Magnesium oxide board (commonly known as magnesium glass board) is an inorganic panel primarily made from magnesium oxide as the core material, reinforced with fiberglass mesh and compounded with lightweight fillers. With its diverse advantages, it has become a preferred material in the field of architectural decoration. Notably, it excels in fire resistance, meeting the A1 non-combustible standard. It remains unburned at 800°C and shows no flame at 1200°C. When exposed to fire, it absorbs significant thermal energy, delaying environmental temperature rise, with a fire resistance limit exceeding 3 hours, thereby strengthening building safety

Waterproofing and moisture resistance are another standout feature. Even after being submerged in water for several days, the material remains distortion-free and free from halogenation upon drying. It performs stably in humid environments such as basements and bathrooms, effectively addressing the common issues of traditional boards absorbing moisture and developing mold. The material is free from harmful substances like formaldehyde and asbestos, with no toxic gas emissions, meeting environmental requirements. It is also friendly to allergy sufferers and indoor environments, while resisting termite and mold damage, ensuring a long service life

Additionally, the panels are lightweight yet high-strength, weighing only 1/10 of ordinary brick walls. Despite their low weight, they offer excellent impact resistance and fastening strength, being sawable, nailable, and adhesive, ensuring convenient and efficient construction. They also combine thermal insulation and soundproofing properties, with a thermal resistance of 1.14 m²・K/W and soundproofing performance comparable to a 150mm solid brick wall. Suitable for a wide range of applications such as partition walls, suspended ceilings, and furniture backboards, these panels serve as a versatile building material that balances safety and practicality
