Description:
LONRACE glasswool board is in rectangle with many choices of unit weight. The heat insulation materials are usually using "2b" centrifugal glass temperature keeping board, the average diameter of fibre is around 7 micron with the types of faced or no face for all. With the features of light, wear and tear resistance and tenacity, it satisfies the heat insulation requirements. It can save the energy, reduce heating wastage and cut the cost, if build it correctly, the transmission of sound wave can be reduced effectively.
Usage:
LONRACE glasswool board is the unearthly sound absorbing and warm keeping material. It has been widely applied for heat insulation of house wall, compartment; temperature keeping of computer rooms, refrigerator; denoise of power plants and pump rooms; adjustment of Hi-fi etc.

NRC-Denoise Coefficient:
Leaving the air layer or sticking the decoration of the surface if using the glasswool board as the sound absorbing material. In the thickness range of 100~150mm of the air layer, more thicker more absorption rate. If adding the thickness to 300mm, the effective absorbing range will increase to 100Hz.

Condensation Control
The figure in right is the warm keeping and heat insulation thickness used in different temperature and humidity of the environment. All the data are received from the built glasswool board, the thickness is not less than 75% and the inner temperature is on 14 degree.

The maximum allowed value of relative humidity can be found on the abscissa. From this point upright going to till cut the egality abscissa passed the maximum allowed value of the temperature. Choosing the effective glasswool board thickness from the point of intersection.

With the features of temperature prevention, good refrigeration control, effective denoise, long using life and easily building up, it is composed in high pressure by the nicety, fixed inorganic fibre with uniform texture and water insoluble, fireproof heat resin. Heat Insulation Effect:

NRC-Denoise Coefficient

The thickness is effective greater than density if to increase the sound absorption. If increasing thickness, absorbing rate will increase greatly in the range less than 1000Hz. Density * thickness= glasswool absorption, it shows that thicker thickness, great sound absorption.

 

DESCRIPTION:
There is a smooth enhonced aluminum foil dampproof face on WAHLEE glasswool pipe shell. Glasswool pipe shell is antisepsis, non moisture absorption, no smiley, no moldy with no germs propagation. The materials are suitable for temperature keeping of heat pipes, cooling pipes, hidden and outside pipes. It has passed the all the indexes of incombustible materials in standard GB/T5464-1999. Effectively prevent the cooling, pipe freezing and pipe noise controlling by using the thickness and surface materials with attention in the sealed processing between joints. Such as the glasswool pipeline in Unit Weight: 64kg/m3 Thickness: 50mm can reduce 28 db noise in average.
Usage
It is widely applied for temperature keeping, heat insulation and sound absorption in business building, industrial establishment, civilian building and power plant as well as various air condition system and industrial pipeline system.

If the humidity exceeds 90%, some cooling water will appeared on the surface. In this condition, adding the waterproofing coat or PVC plastic shell if necessary.
